The VEC implementation framework enables and empowers services to implement and embed video within their services in a consistent, structured and logical format.

The framework consists of 3 documents and educates, motivates and empowers services in embedding video into services in a sustainable way.  The model is a highly adaptable and can be tailored to service needs.
