Acute Delivery Overview

eHealth Acute Delivery is tasked with developing and managing a strategic and business relationship with Acute Hospital Services Division, support the planning and preparing of ICT strategy and the delivery of a broad portfolio of ICT-enabled change projects/programmes/initiatives within the service area, and working with the business leads/directors in ensuring that business benefits are achieved.

Engagement Leads are assigned to each Hospital Group providing eHealth support and guidance, ensuring effective use of centralised eHealth services and an oversight role in progressing locally-delivered ICT Capital funded eHealth projects.

Programmes of Work

Programme Managers, working with their teams, are assigned to the delivery of ICT Enabled change programmes/Initiatives. Some of the major programmes of work are:

  • NIMIS
  • MN-CMS
  • MedLis and Laboratory Stabilisation
  • iPMs
  • Critical Care
  • Clinical Programme encompassing Renal, AMRIC, SSO.
  • NCIS & Endoscopy
  • Unscheduled Emergency Care
  • Audiology
