Located within National Service Desk’s Self Service Portal, the Mobiles Dashboard is the central place for all things Mobile Telephony. Using the e-Form, colleagues submit requests for new devices, upgrades, reallocations, roaming and report a lost/stolen device. There is also a useful Smartphone FAQ with answers to common queries.
