The Digital Operating Model defines how digital, data and technology services are structured, governed and delivered across the HSE.
It supports a system that puts patients first, is guided by clinical and service needs, driven by operational priorities, and strengthened by digital capabilities. This ultimately transforms how care is delivered and improves outcomes.
