Digital Operating Model

Digital Operating Model Banner (4)

The Digital Operating Model defines how digital, data and technology services are structured, governed and delivered across the HSE.

It supports a system that puts patients first, is guided by clinical and service needs, driven by operational priorities, and strengthened by digital capabilities. This ultimately transforms how care is delivered and improves outcomes.

Updates will be added here when available.

On 26 November, colleagues joined our Staff Information Brief webinar to hear about the new operational model and what it means for our digital future.

In this session, Damien McCallion (CTTO) and T&T leaders – Michael O’Kane, Treasa Dempsey, Joyce Shaw, Fran Thompson and Vanessa Hamilton – discussed governance, people and culture, national and regional structures, and implementation.
