Work better together with MS Teams

Need to connect with colleagues?  The rollout of MS Teams by the OoCIO has enabled a hub for teams across the HSE to hold meetings, collaborate on documents, and keep up to date on projects.  Up to 300 people can attend Teams meetings while messaging and chat enable idea-sharing and informal discussion. Multiple versions of key documents can be now  eliminated thanks to Teams’  file editing facility while the use of features such as  private channels allow sensitive documents to be worked on by a limited number of team members.

How do I get MS Teams?

MS Teams is available to all staff on the national HealthIrl domain.

If you are on the HealthIrl domain, you  can sign up for Microsoft Teams on the self-service portal.

Where can I access training?

Live MS Teams training sessions are held weekly for MS Teams users. Each session lasts 30 minutes followed by a 15 minute Q+A. There is no need to register for a session – simply ‘turn up’ to training by clicking on the link below 5 minutes before the scheduled training session.
