Your Voice Matters Survey
Have you, a family member or friend used health services in the past 6 months?
If so, please read on!
Your Voice Matters is a survey run by the HSE which provides the opportunity for patients, service users, carers and their family to tell us how we are doing in the journey towards person-centred coordinated care.
The survey asks you to briefly tell us about your experience of health services and to then answer 12 questions.

So what is this survey?
It’s an initiative to progress the idea that the patients are partners in health. We want the patient’s and service user’s voice to be at the heart of healthcare. This is central in the design and implementation of Integrated Care through the four Integrated Care Programmes (ICP). The data from the survey, which allows us to see the person behind the statistics, will be analysed by patients and staff together to identify patterns, good practices and areas for improvement and development at a workshop on 13th November, and will feed into the four integrated care programmes.
